As a LEED Accredited Professional and ENV SP certified expert, Carlos brings a wealth of expertise to the table. With over 18 years of extensive experience, Carlos has championed climate resilience, smart city planning, and project management, both in the public and private sectors.
His notable roles include serving as the Infrastructure Project Manager at the City of Miami Beach, FL, and as the Innovation Manager at the City of Colorado Springs, CO, where he spearheaded transformative Smart Cities Programs.
