CÔNG TY TNHH PHÁT TRIỂN PHÚ MỸ HƯNG - Gọi tắt là công ty Phú Mỹ Hưng được thành lập ngày 19/5/1993 bởi liên doanh giữa công ty TNHH MTV Phát Triển Công Nghiệp Tân Thuận (IPC - Việt Nam) và công ty Phú Mỹ Hưng Asia Holdings (Đài Loan).
Ngoài việc xây dựng đại lộ Nguyễn Văn Linh dài 17,8 km, công ty Phú Mỹ Hưng cũng đã phát triển gần như hoàn chỉnh khu đô thị Phú Mỹ Hưng rộng 433 ha (thường được gọi là Trung tâm đô thị mới - khu A theo bản đồ quy hoạch tổng thể Nam Sài Gòn do Skidmore, Owing & Merrill - Mỹ lập).
Sự thành công của khu đô thị Phú Mỹ Hưng cùng đại lộ Nguyễn Văn Linh không chỉ tạo sức bật cho khu Nam Thành phố mà còn là yếu tố quan trọng cho sự phát triển toàn diện của tam giác kinh tế trọng điểm miền Nam gồm TP.HCM - Đồng Nai - Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu.
Hiện nay, Công ty Phú Mỹ Hưng đã sẵn sàng mọi nguồn lực cho hành trình mở rộng phạm vi phát triển trên khắp cả nước với mục tiêu “Nhân rộng không gian sống chất lượng tiêu chuẩn cùng với một cộng đồng cư dân tiêu biểu”.
Phu My Hung Development Corporation (commonly known as Phu My Hung Corp.) was established on May 19, 1993, as a joint venture between IPC and Phu My Hung Asia Holdings (Taiwan).
In addition to completing the Nguyen Van Linh Parkway is a 17.8 km long, Phu My Hung Corp. has spearheaded the development of the Phu My Hung New City Center - a nearly completed urban area spanning 433 hectares (commonly referred to as Site A in the Masterplan designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, USA).
Over the past three decades, the success of the Phu My Hung New City Center and Nguyen Van Linh Parkway has not only catalyzed the development of Southern Ho Chi Minh City but has also played a crucial role in the comprehensive growth of the Southern Triangle Economic Zone, encompassing Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, and Ba Ria-Vung Tau.
