This training was facilitated at Anglo American Rustenburg Platinum Mines (RPM) from 2013 until 2015, Gold Fields South Deep Gold Mine from 2014 until 2017, and currently at Samancor Western Chromes Mines since 2022. 2.2 Management Consulting: (a) Legal Liability Compliance: Mine Health and Safety Act 29 of 1996 (MHSA), and Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 (OHSA). This training is sacrosanct for all mine and contractor employees who carry legal appointments.
