Our expertise lies in Land Development, Project Management and Implementation, Sales & Marketing, as well as House Construction and Renovation. With over 30 years of experience, we have a solid background in Civil Works, including Road, Highway, and Drainage design, along with Residential, Industrial, and Commercial Subdivision Planning. We also engage in Real Estate and Marketing activities. In 2015, we incorporated as Philsouth Highland Ventures & Construction Corp. (PHVCC) to further our commitment to providing exceptional service and a superior customer experience while expanding our scope and capabilities.
