PhyNexus provides the power of chromatography in a pipette tip column for protein and plasmid purification. We provide life science researchers the solution to high throughput sample processing in drug discovery, screening, structural work, and any process where very high concentrations of very pure product are desired and where it is important that the biological molecule remains undamaged and active. PhyTip® columns can be used for purification from culture and modifying reactions, expression analysis, immunogenicity screening, CoIP, IP, and ChIP, target immobilization, buffer exchange, glycosylation analysis, process development and biofunctional assays. Through our flexible manufacturing process, PhyNexus can custom pack almost any resin needed by researchers into a PhyTip Column.
The PhyTip platform enables chromatography for up to 96 samples in parallel. A wide range of sample sizes can be processed from a broad selection of column bed sizes and chemistries, including affinity, ion exchange, gel filtration, normal phase and reverse phase.
PhyNexus columns used with our proprietary Dual Flow Chromatography provide complete antibody binding for highly concentrated sample recovery from small samples and can be used in all major 8, 12 or 96 column robotic liquid handling systems.
Phytip columns can be used automated 96 at-a-time mini and midi plasmid preps. PhyNexus provides instruments and columns for automated maxi, mega and giga plasmid preps.
PhyTips are compatible with all major robotic systems including Agilent, Beckman, Perkin Elmer/Caliper, Dynamic Devices and Hamilton robotic systems, and Tecan. We provide the total solution including scripts, robotic set up, installation, and support. For customers desiring automation with limited budgets and bench space, we can provide our own bench top MEA and MMG systems.
