We aren’t a normal physician recruiter. In fact, we aren’t recruiters at all. Recruiters are assigned by their employer to go out and find qualified candidates to fill open positions. Recruiters may be given incentives for numbers, including how many people they find or how much money they saved in the compensation negotiations. Recruiters don’t have a lot of time to really get to know the candidate and their personal and professional needs. Physician Placement Concierge doesn’t work for the healthcare organization or medical practice, we only work for our physician clients. We don’t have to fill multiple positions. Our job is to find one position - for our client. A position that meets their professional goals, where they will be able to practice medicine in a facility they love, with a group of other medical professionals they respect and admire, where they will be able to flourish. We know that for a job as a practicing physician to be the right fit, it must satisfy not only professional and financial goals, but it must also fit the needs of the family and provide an opportunity for balance between work and personal life in a community that feels like home. Physician Placement Concierge is solely focused on helping our individual clients navigate this process and ultimately receive a contract that meets all their needs.
