Physicians First Bancorp

After some discussions with the regulatory groups we made some changes to our website and this site. Physicians First Bancorp is moving forward with its desire to partner with physicians and drive positive change to the industry. One of the primary driving factors is that although physicians reimbursement is going down while their overhead is going up, private equity and hospitals are still lined up to purchase these practices, why? Maybe a better question is, What if physicians were the private equity?
