Physio R&D ApS

Physio R&D ApS is a start-up which through continuous improvement aims to revolutionise physical therapy through its brand Optimov. Optimov is an online physiotherapy platform, a software as a service (SaaS) for preventive exercises and effective telerehabilitation using such technologies as biometric sensors and augmented reality. Physio R&D, an expert in the field of physical rehabilitation in chronic diseases (i.e. COPD and CVD), leads the efforts of the Virtual Autonomous Physiotherapy Agent (VAPA) project. This company has built up a European consortium of R&D companies and hospitals to take on the challenge of creating a trustable rehabilitation system that can be used remotely and independently by chronic patients, anywhere, anytime.
