Physiobuddie

Physiobuddie is a secure, online software platform designed and dedicated to support the patient during their rehabilitation process. It will improve service user rehabilitation outcomes and satisfaction. Physiobuddie will improve service user rehabilitation outcomes and satisfaction using: 1. A service user led, individual stage rehabilitation pathways. 2. A pre-configured service user focused rehabilitation pathway using guided video tutorials and information that are based on proven rehabilitation care pathways. 3. Managed content to allow the service user to easily progress through their Physiobuddie post operative rehabilitation. 4. Guided patient self-care, with commentary, FAQ and feedback to ensure that post operative progress is made in line with NHS standards. 5. Access by computer, tablet, smart phone, removing traditional barriers to rehabilitation replacing traditional home exercise plans using paper and informative leaflets.
