Providing musculoskeletal services within the private healthcare setting. We focus on 100% patient centred care at all times. We want you to ‘feel the difference’ and focus on goals and outcome measures to ensure we are treating the core of all symptoms, preventing the likelihood of re-injury or return of any pain within the body. We provide hands-on manual therapy, acupuncture, kinetic chain release, runners assessments and exercise prescription. We are passionate on self-management and offer physio-led Pilates, strength & conditioning movement classes alongside regular workshops and retreats focusing on all things mindset and health improvement. We offer our clinical services in Ayrshire within Prestwick and Stewarton. Retreats and workshops are delivered throughout the West of Scotland.
As a team we work hard on our own learning and development with regular peer to peer sessions, internal and external continuous professional development to ensure we are always providing the best care for all patients and challenging our own clinical reasoning.
