Fondée en juin 2017, Physio Home Care® SA est une organisation de physiothérapie exclusivement dédiée au domaine de la rééducation/réadaptation fonctionnelle à domicile dans le canton de Vaud, de Genève et du Valais.
Une offre qui vient relever les défis sociaux et économiques liés au vieillissement de la population.
Depuis 2017, nous avons accompagné près de 5000 patients et réalisés 140'000 séances de rééducation à domicile. Un succès porté par des équipes passionnées et investies dans la mission qui leur a été confiée.
Cette première étape du développement de Physio Home Care permet d'asseoir une vision transversale qui associe à une offre de service conventionnelle les avantages des technologies de l'information.
Notre finalité est d'optimiser le parcours patient entre des prestations disponibles en ligne, à domicile et des équipes autonomes soutenues par une infrastructure IT puissante.

We aim to face major social & economic challenges in the context of aging population by providing support within 24 to 72 hours with a dedicated physiotherapist.
Since 2017, we have supported around 5'000 patients and carried out around 140'000 in home rehabilitation sessions. A success driven by a clear and innovative vision. In 2019 we started to move through digital transformation (SaaS & DTx).
Building our eco-system was the last step before launching a new model enabling very fast access to rehabilitation with therapists and personalized online contents.
All of this supported by a great team of therapists and IT driven SOP's.
