PE was established in 2016 when personal trainer and former Great Britain International Athlete Luke Crawley embarked on his journey to establish a unique health and fitness concept. With his love and energy for sports and personal training, Luke went onto becoming one of Hong Kong's leading private personal trainers and Wellness Consultants.
