The first school in the Philippines to offer Higher National Certificate in Quantity Surveying (HNC in QS).
PIBE is an endorsed institution by the PICQS, the national QS association of the Philippines, a member counter of the Pacific Association of Quantity Surveyors (PAQS). Member countries are AIQS, BSIJ, CECA, CIQS,HKIS,IQSI, IQSSL, NZIQS, PICQS, PUJA, RISM, SISV.
PICQS is a Founding Coalition Member of the International Construction Measurement Standard (ICMS).
All trainers have the QS expertise and are Corporate Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS), Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and Philippine Institute of Certified Quantity Surveyors (PICQS).
PIBE offers a combination of Level 1 (theory), Level 2 (application and Level 3 (reasoning) to students.
PIBE is working to be accredited as a CHED institution to offer a BSc in Quantity Surveying. PIBE will seek accreditation with the PAQS, RICS, AIQS, and CIOB in the future.
