PIC Training

PIC training was developed to improve awareness and understanding of Autism and ADHD to create Neuro-inclusive environments. Neurodivergent employees have so many strengths to offer and our workshops offer practical strategies to ensure everyone can thrive and optimise these skills. This will benefit both the employer and employees by creating a Neuro-affirming culture and improving both the work environment and staff retention. Workshops will explore the challenges that may arise within the workplace and how to overcome them with small reasonable adjustments that often cost nothing. Each workshop can be bespoke to your setting and during a free consultation we can agree how the content can be tailored to make it relevant and relatable to all attendees. Workshops can be delivered either face to face or virtually from 1 hour up to one day.
