PiCASO is a non-profit organization based in Pitt county. Our mission is to prevent the spread of HIV and other STIs through testing, education, and providing tools for prevention. We offer free and confidential testing for HIV, Hep C, and Syphilis our office and through community events. We also provide free condoms and other materials to practice safe sex in our office as well as at condom dispensers throughout the community.
