Picasso Headline (Pty) Ltd based in Cape Town was established in 1999 with the coming together of two niche publishing companies, Picasso Media Corporation and Headline Associates. The shares of Picasso Headline were purchased by African media giant, Avusa Limited, in November 2000. In 2011 Avusa Limited was bought by Times Media (Pty) Ltd. Picasso Headline (Pty) Ltd is proudly part of Times Media Group. Picasso Headline publishes a diverse range of magazines and journals in association with leading South African and international organisations. Through expertise in project management, editorial and design functions, Picasso Headline is able to produce custom publishing for any organisation, and through its skills in media sales, Picasso Headline is able to act as a media sales partner.
