PICF, Inc. is a female black owned IT consulting firm servicing education, midsize companies to federal contracts. We provide services ranging from LMS platform integration, instructional technology training and integration, web ux design & cyber security to cloud-based solutions. PICF was founded in 2004 Christine with a goal to provide employment and training opportunities in IT to the urban community. Together with a team of IT experts, they have successfully grown their business into an award-winning company with over 100 employees nationwide servicing clients across the country (including Fortune 500). We are very proud to be one of few minority women-owned firms providing extensive expertise in information technology for education systems, small businesses and military organizations; as well as supporting state agencies on statewide initiatives such as streamlining processes and increasing efficiency and accountability.
