Hello, Thanks for visiting us! PICHA stands for Preservation of Intangible Culture Heritage and Arts. We are a nonprofit with the purpose to support children in safeguarding their intangible culture - not to live in the past but to live in the future. Mission Our mission is to inspire children to be proud of their culture by developing creative ideas together that enable cultural transmission. Vision Our vision is to shift the debate about safeguarding intangible cultural heritage from conversations into engaging actions that involve the key decision makers of the future: our children. The PICHA FOUNDATION is a non-for-profit start up with 501(c)(3) status with registration in New York City.
