Aircraft mantenance: The company has set it self to establish its own independent maintenance organization with a specific goal to maintain its own fleet of aircraft. Wit this in mind it has achieved certification under European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) with a certificate number EASA SI 145.21 in June 2007. During that time the company has endeavored on a major project in order to overhaul and make airworthy a fleet of military training UTVA75 aircraft that were owned by the Ministry of Defense of Republic of Slovenia. PICO is also involved in providing technical support in development and production of Gyrocopters. Approved Training Organization: Pico ATO was formed by a group of experienced professional pilots (Captains, Type Rating Instructors, Type Rating Examiners) with the goal of training pilots to proficiency by sharing the best practices and exceeding industry standards. This is the reason why Pico Approved Training Organization (ATO) performs all training sessions on the full flight simulator giving you the highest full flight simulator time in the industry. Pico Approved Training Organization (ATO) will also provide line training scheme with our partner airlines around the world. After completion of the line training we will help with our global connections should you need assistance in landing an A320 or A330 pilot job (the line training scheme is only available to Pico Approved Training Organization (ATO) type rating students. Airport Slovenske Konjice ICAO: LJSK Airport Slovenske Konjice has a long tradition. The main business activity of the airport is maintaining a runway for take-offs and landings. The smooth use of the airport throughout all seasons is possible due to the asphalt runway which was built in 2017. In addition to using the runway, we also provide possibility of aircraft storage (hangar or outdoors) for a shorter or longer period and organize panoramic flights. An aviation fuel station is also available at the airport.
