It provides you with a space to talk about your difficulties in a safe, confidential, non-judgemental environment. It allows you to think about your situation, explore issues, and find ways of managing your problems We are registered and accredited by the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). You may be struggling with current losses (a loved one, job, health, house etc.) experiencing relationship difficulties, searching for meaning and purpose in life, or you simply need someone to talk to. Talking to a professional that is not involved in your life can help you to make sense of your life and emotions.
