About Pay It Forward SA
Founded in 2010 by a recovering alcoholic who recognized the critical gap in transitional support, Pay It Forward SA provides recovery support and sober living facilities for both men and women. Our programs are designed to help individuals maintain sobriety, achieve stability, and successfully reintegrate into the community after completing drug and alcohol treatment.
Bridge Program
Through partnerships with sober living homes across San Antonio, our Bridge Program prevents homelessness among individuals in recovery. The Bridge Scholarship supports newly admitted residents with financial assistance, while also connecting them to vital services that promote long-term self-sufficiency and recovery within a supportive community.
Dorms Program
Located on the Haven for Hope campus, our Dorms Program offers a structured, year-long living environment for Bexar County residents who have completed substance use treatment and are at risk of homelessness. Open to both men and women committed to a 12-step recovery model, the program emphasizes accountability, community, and the development of life skills needed for a substance-free, purpose-driven life.
