The fran­chisee, gen­er­ally known as the Chef oper­ates this proven busi­ness model with a fully equipped cus­tom trailer/van that incor­po­rates the unique auto­mated PigOut Roaster and a list of com­pli­menty North Amer­i­can man­u­fac­tured cater­ing equip­ment. The pro­fes­sional sys­tem pro­vides has­sle free cater­ing for a range of events includ­ing wed­dings, cor­po­rate days, sport­ing events, back­yard par­ties and fundrais­ers for 20 – 10,000 guests.
