Piko Academy specializes in deep inner transformation through intergenerational healing and systemic coaching, recognizing the interconnectedness of the family system where the individual is part of a larger picture, and so are the challenges faced in their lifetimes. We address the root cause of surface challenges to promote healing intergenerationally, helping people unravel the unconscious loyalty contracts that shape their lives. Using a variety of methodologies from systemic coaching, family constellations, Jungian psychology, psychoanalysis, neurolinguistics, subconscious reprogramming, ancestral healing, and somatic work, we support individuals and groups in breaking free from inherited patterns to step into their own path with clarity, freedom, and purpose. Piko is the Hawaiian word for navel, the sacred center where your umbilical cord once connected you to your mother, and hers to her mother, creating an unbroken chain through time. It represents the center point from which all life force flows, the place where past and future generations meet in you. You are the living bridge between your ancestors and descendants, the center from which healing emanates in both directions.
