Des produits peu transformés, sans additifs et qui ont un faible impact carbone, telle est la démarche qui nous anime. Nous avons fait le choix de ne travailler qu'avec des produits bretons et uniquement de saison. C'est pour cette raison que nos partenaires s'inscrivent dans une agriculture raisonnée ou bio, dans un modèle respectueux de l'environnement.
Dans notre atelier situé à Plouay dans le Morbihan, Julien prépare des sauces, ketchups, tartinades, pickles, soupes, pâtes à tartiner, caramels au beurre salé et travaille sur de nouvelles recettes pour réveiller vos papilles.
