Hi everyone, I’m Maghan Fittler, welcome to the Pilates Project. I am so excited to connect and share my passion with you. Pilates is a transformative practice, a method of movement that centres mind, body and sense of self. The Pilates Project is the culmination of my journey. The hard fought battles, the wins, the losses, the pains and the triumphs… the learning. A way to share my experience. A way to amplify the successes in Studio into a platform of empowerment to help you live in a body you love. Because we can have it all. The Pilates Project workouts range from 10-40 minutes of beautifully choreographed transitions utilising Reformer, Mat, Barre & Tone. Common themes across the routines include technique, posture, alignment and strength, catering for complete beginners to practiced clinicians, leaving you feeling accomplished. Monthly & Annual Membership includes: - Access to the full library of classes including Reformer, mat, barre, tone & more - Access to the iOS and Android phone apps for easy access to all your favourite workouts - New classes published weekly - Pre and post-natal essential classes - Beginner, intermediate and experienced level options - LIVE Streaming Classes I can teach and train you from wherever you are or anywhere you go.
