Pile 1 is a diversified investment platform with the following divisions and activities: 1) Real Estate - we are assembling a portfolio of high quality, high performing multifamily assets across the US 2) Private Equity - we invest in microcap ($1 - 5M revenue, minority through ownership) real estate services companies, including property / HOA services (currently have 20K units under management), HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Fire & Security, Landscaping, and Pest Control 3) Development - we are currently co-developing one greenfield site in suburban Illinois with plans for 1,200 residential units
