Pilotwise International is a training design and support specialist and technical service provider that optimises training to generate operational effect and minimise risk. Since the company was formed in 1987, it has become recognised internationally for the quality of its work and its significant contribution to many training systems and training cultures. We have supported many Air Forces and have had the unique experience of having worked on a variety of training systems in use by a large number of organisations around the world. We have been able to learn from others' experiences and use this insight to advise on how to reduce operating risk, increase operational effectiveness and efficiency and better focus the training system on those skills-sets required by operators. Our directors, managers, staff and contracted subject experts come from a variety of backgrounds: flying instructors, engineer trainers, safety management specialists, project managers, test and display pilots, business strategists and media designers – each of them extremely skilled in their chosen field. Pilotwise has extensive experience and a willingness to extend this expertise, building the right team to achieve a client’s specific capability requirements.
