Pilvi was founded in 2017 with the aim of making the world a little more beautiful and colourful and bringing people in the digital world closer together again. After all, a handwritten message is still more personal and loving than a digital message. The name Pilvi (Finnish for cloud) is derived from the fact that clouds stimulate our imagination and creativity. They take on unexpected shapes in which we recognise things that make us smile. And they take on colours that are sometimes so intense that they captivate us for a brief moment. This is exactly what we want to do: stimulate creativity and bring joy with small gestures and details. Pilvi is sometimes sugary sweet, sometimes bitterly evil - and always lovingly designed in Zurich. During production, we make sure that the materials come from sustainable sources wherever possible and can be recycled.
