MEXICALI INDUSTRIAL PARK (PIMSA) is a privately-owned company established at the start of the Maquiladora Industrial Program in 1966. An active member of both the U.S. and Mexican Industrial Park Associations, PIMSA has developed industrial parks (PIMSA I-IV) and two industrial units (PIMSA VI & VII), totaling 19 million square feet of land and 5.2 million square feet of buildings.
