Paragon Incorporation, PINC, is a holding company founded on the belief that the freedom to think and create always has to flow forward naturally to ensure continuous innovation and creativity. PINC is formed by Pantarei founders and first generation that believe in adaptation to change and regeneration as the key for continuous innvoation and growth. As a holding company, PINC support the companies within the group - Pantarei, Mata Angin, W3P, Imadi, Tangga, Koontjie, MTP - for all of their operational needs in ensuring effectivity and efficiency, as well as to provide advisory to their boards. In everything that we do, whether it is providing managerial advisory services, crafting strategies, designing services, or even incubating startups, we always use design thinking prosess that puts the human aspect at the center. Identifying what would be desirable from a human perspective, what is technologically feasible and economically viable.
