PINE Training Academy was launched by a group of experienced professionals from Semiconductor Industry. Our experts have in depth knowledge about the technical requirements of ASIC, FPGA, Embedded Systems and Verification. The Challenges today faced by the Electronics companies is the shortage of the right candidates for the respective job. Secondly, our Engineering graduates are unaware of the companies in the core Hardware Electronics Companies and therefore fail to leverage the career opportunities with them. At Pine Training Academy our Objective is to reduce the gap between Industry requirements and candidates skill set. Our Mission is to guide our Pre- Freshers, Freshers and Engineering graduates and to motivate them to seek a job and deliver as per Electronic company's requirements. Pine Training Academy is a dedicated Electronics Technical Training Academy which is now open in Ghaziabad. PINE Academy is registered with ADITYA EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY. Pine Academy is a start-up that has highly experienced individuals on the team with rich market knowledge about then SemiconductorIndustry. We understand the dynamics and requirements of the industry. While working in the industry we realized that there is a vast gap between the job profile required for the particular job and the kind of candidates available in the market. To bridge this gap we decided to start this academy to train the candidates as per the market requirements. We have been able to forge alliances with other experienced individuals. These highly experienced individuals contribute in the development of our students with their practical and industrial knowledge. Concept of Training - our concept of training is to help student to utilize their own laptop in the training room at their own time. We provide software and HW in the training to test and hone their skills.
