Pine Grove Partners, L.P. ("PGP") is a commercial and residential real estate development firm based in Atlanta, GA. The firm was founded in 2021 with an initial focus on need-based real estate in the southeastern United States. Our strategy starts with analyzing macroeconomic and demographic trends. We then work identify opportunities to exploit those trends within the real estate sector. Our execution experience allows us to pinpoint specific deals with significant market tailwinds and deliver them with uncompromised quality. We believe that this model maximizes the positive impact to the community as well as our partners’ returns. Each property we pursue is developed and managed with community, technology, sustainability, and inclusion at its forefront. PGP’s current concentration is the development of single family housing and infill logistics properties.
