Pinesong Capital Advisors LLC is a New York based advisory firm specializing in commercial real estate finance, with a particular focus on the credit evaluation of debt investments. Such investments include commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), first mortgages, subordinated mortgages, mezzanine loans and preferred equity. Credit profiles range from long term permanent financing to short term bridge loans and non-performing loans.
