Our strength comes from applying our proven methodologies — something we have been doing since 1994. The vast majority of our business comes from referrals or repeat clients. We have deep knowledge in marketing strategy, digital technology, people, and change, and how these can be used together to drive business growth. And as we have held multiple senior roles, we’re more likely to understand the day-to-day pressures our clients face. While every client is different, stronger results are achieved when there is stronger alignment. We typically start with a discovery engagement where we assess your current challenges, and provide a blueprint moving forward. Later work could involve a strategic advisory consulting engagement, our advisory/coaching with leadership, keynote presentations or training, and enrolling managers in our Braintrust Professional Institute.
