Ping Shan Enterprise (PSE) was founded by two Hong Kong entrepreneurs - Mr. Chan Wai Nam and Mr. Lam Chok Fai in 1965. Initially, the company began in the agricultural industry with businesses in maize grinding, grain trading and animal feed manufacturing. Over time, Ping Shan Enterprise has further diversified into F&B and real estate investments in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
