Pinpoint Property company information, Employees & Contact Information

Local knowledge, local advantage In any type of property transaction, there’s no substitute for in-depth, local market knowledge. That’s where our strength lies. We know Belfast – from North to South, East to West, central to Greater. We’re rooted in the city. We started here, stayed here and built our reputation here for being friendly, yet efficient and direct. And we remain committed to delivering an immaculately professional service in everything we do. But that’s not all. Our local knowledge extends across Northern Ireland, town by town, county by county. Wherever you are, we know the market. We believe that’s what’s got us where we are today – and what will keep us ahead. A proven history of success Pinpoint was founded in the late 1990s and quickly established itself in the local property market. In 2007 the company acquired Brian Morton & Co. – Northern Ireland’s largest network of estate agents in Northern Ireland – creating Morton Pinpoint. Since then we have continued to consolidate and grow, adding further expertise and specialised knowledge through acquisitions, strategic alliances and mergers. Today, we’re a multi-discipline agency, handling all aspects of residential and commercial sales, rentals and property management. We are recognised by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, which enables us to offer professional services such as surveys and vesting. Our court work ranges from property issues arising from marital breakdown to probate, estate administration and asset recovery. We can also advise property trusts and estate planning.
