By leveraging big data to increase the speed and accuracy of credit decisions, Dumiao enables the consumer loan decision to be made in real-time at the point-of-sale, opening up a multitude of new product opportunities that were previously unavailable in the market. Polaris is the first RMB denominated Robo-Advisor in the China market. The Company provides technology-based asset allocation solutions to financial institutions and their clients. The Polaris team is comprised of a group of experienced asset managers, data scientists, and technology developers. Polaris’s investment advisory services provide intelligent, customized, and automated wealth management solutions. Hongdian Fund is an online mutual fund distribution business providing market access for retail investors and B2B partners through API connectivity. The Company holds a license issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the online sale of mutual fund products. As of May 2016, the Company has reached agreements with 53 different Chinese fund management companies to market 1,645 different mutual fund products on the Hongdian Fund platform. MYFIN Insurance is a licensed national insurance broker and wholly owned subsidiary of PINTEC Group. The MYFIN Insurance team consists of insurance industry veterans combined with internet marketing and big data experts. MYFIN Insurance leverages the mobile internet to deliver simple, transparent, and considerate insurance services to individual clients and utilizes big data mining tools to provide real-time consumer information to insurance companies.
