The Pipe Line Contractors Association (PLCA) is a 501(c)(6) trade association located in Arlington, Virginia. Established in 1948, the PLCA negotiates nationwide labor agreements with the pipeline trade unions for the construction and maintenance of pipelines and related infrastructure. PLCA members are union contractors as well as the vendors, suppliers, and service providers involved in the energy infrastructure industry.
