Pipeline, Design & Engineering, LLC (PDE) is a Texas-based engineering design firm with more than 30 years of combined experience. Encroachment plan review, pipeline relocation design, and civil engineering design are the key services we offer. Third party encroachment reviews help clients to identify potential conflicts in a timely manner. Pipeline relocations include engineering design, drafting, and document preparation for horizontal directional drill (HDD), open cut installation, in-service pipeline lowering, and casing extensions. Civil engineering design consists of facility evaluations including grading, drainage, and roadway solutions.
