Piper Management Group

Piper Management Group is a division of Piper Realty Company. In an effort to continue to differentiate it from the competition, Piper Management worked toward and was awarded the designation of A.M.O. (Accredited Management Organization) by the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1946. It has always been Piper’s goal to maintain a management team that is well educated and versed in all aspects of property management. Since 1998, Piper Management has specialized in the management of Low Income Housing Tax Credit Properties (LIHTC). Currently, Piper Management Group manages 1200 units of LIHTC housing. The company currently has four Certified Property Managers (CPMs) on staff, four Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIMs), which manage over 4200 units of commercial properties, multi-family properties, and condominiums.
