Piperseeds is a new Reggio Emilia inspired kindergarten in Taipei with a multicultural perspective towards nurturing children’s development through art, projects, and language learning. Opening in February 2025.

We are deeply influenced by the Reggio Emilia Approach, viewing children as curious, competent, and social learners. Rather than simply being transmitters of knowledge, our teachers act as facilitators guiding children as they explore and construct knowledge. We design learning experiences with meaningful connections to the real world that help children understand the physical, emotional, and cultural aspects of the world around them. The kindergarten was founded by an American expat couple who are trained and qualified early childhood educators. Their vision, shaped by their academic expertise and experience as parents of young children, ensures a deep understanding of the needs of both children and teachers, fostering a supportive and effective learning environment.
