PIPER WHITLOCK WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2009 BY PHILIP PIPER AND STEVE WHITLOCK TO PROVIDE ARCHITECTURAL AND RELATED SERVICES FROM OFFICES IN THE HEART OF WINCHESTER. The directors have a combined experience of more than 60 years on projects with contract values up to £190million, equivalent to today’s prices. PWA’s proposition to our clients is to offer the highest possible levels of service led by the directors and associates who are supported by a team of creative and committed professionals at different stages in their career development.
