Professional Institute of Quantity Surveyors (PIQS)

PIQS (formerly known as QSAP) is a professional forum dedicated to motivating its members to further develop their skills in the quantity surveying and construction fields. Our goal is to support members in adhering to industry best practices for their own betterment and for the benefit of society. On 17 February 2023, QSAP and RICS signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Dubai. This agreement aims to foster close collaboration, encouraging the exchange of professional knowledge, competence, and further development within the built environment sector. Our Mission is to: • Accumulate and disseminate professional knowledge. • Provide avenues for constructive interaction and networking among members. • Promote a transparent and equal opportunity voice that aligns with our vision. • Reach out to those who seek professional growth and development.
