Pirate Prevention

Pirate Preventions goal is to make Moapa Valley safer. We believe that you should save lives before they need to be saved. Since our town is 65 miles from the nearest trauma center, the “Golden Hour” after an emergency often passes before the person is transferred to a medical facility. The Pirate Prevention is a kit to store medical information on your refrigerator so first responders can quickly locate vital medical information in the case of an emergency. The Yellow Dot Program helps responders react as quickly as possible at the scene of a car accident. It provides vital medical information emergency personnel need to assist with on the spot care and treatment in the case that a driver is unconscious or unable to answer questions.
