A fresh take on the food-truck scene in Brussels, PISTOLA puts quality before quantity.
We figured simple is always best, so we kept it that way: burgers & beers.
Our unique burger blend is made fresh everyday by a local butcher in Brussels using premium Irish Black Angus beef. No seasoning - we let the meat speak for itself. We also practise whole animal butchery techniques and even render down beef fat to coat our buns, to give that extra punch of flavour.
Besides our burgers, we also serve some cracking craft beers, be they local or from further abroad, there’s a flavour for every taste bud.
All of this served out out of a beautifully restored 1967 Citroen HY Van.
