Pitcher & Co was established to provide a bespoke financial management and business consultancy service to clients in East Anglia and London. The firm is a member firm of the Institute of Chartered Accountans in England and Wales. The firm provides Part Time Finance Director services on a pay as you go basis to small and medium sized businesses who are not yet large enough to justify a full time FD/CFO. Examples of services provided include assistance with debt finance raising, preparation of budgets and business plans, project management of business acquisitions, implementationion of new systems and processes, cost reduction exercises, management information reformatting and ongoing management of client finance staff to ensure accuracy of financial information. A comprehensive solution is offered to new business start ups, including all registrations, tax advice and implementation of systems. The firm can also provide a 'traditional' chartered accountancy service to clients -individual and corporate tax planning and filing of returns, as well as preparation of annual accounts.
