Pitsilis group is a family owned business that owns and manages multiple high-end food and beverage outlets in Greece. Founded in 1987, the two Pitsilis brothers entered the industry and have since then grown their portfolio into restaurants, bars and clubs all over Athens.
In 1987, the Pitsilis brothers opened the all-time classic Rock n Roll in Kolonaki. The legendary bar-restaurant is a place to enjoy good food, exciting cocktails, and of course a great big party.
Balthazar Athens is a bar restaurant that opened in 1999 in the center of Athens, inside a beautiful neoclassical building. It has since then become one of the favourite gardens and dine options for the Athenians.
With the addition of the second generation of the family to the group, their portfolio continues to grow with introduction of Dopios, a modern greek mezze restaurant, made in a collaboration with famous chef Christoforos Peskias where you can enjoy local cuisine with a twist.
