Pivotal staff have extensive knowledge in NDIS service delivery, the disability sector and community services spanning decades in combined experience. Pivotal SC is respected as a high-quality service provider that is guided by the principles of integrity, honesty, and transparency. Pivotal staff are selected based on appropriate qualifications, lived experience, and demonstrated high quality service delivery in the areas of organisational management, coordination & support to participants and direct experience with NDIS participants.
