The Pizza-Porta was born out of the desire to cook fantastic pizza on the Big Green Egg®. Capping the chimney and accessing the pizza stone through an oven door changed the physics entirely. With this accessory the oven temperature is steady and the heat is balanced above and below the pizza stone. No more losing the heat each time you check the pizza!
