About Spinello
Pizza al taglio ("cut pizza") is a Roman variety of pizza baked in large rectangular trays. It's often sold by weight, but we sell it in 1/2 and full sheet tray sizes. We use slow-fermented dough, high-quality ingredients and traditional Roman methods to create a light, crispy and highly digestible crust. We use locally sourced ingredients as well as ingredients imported from Italy. We bake our pizza in high-carbon, Roman sheet pans imported from Italy.
